REFUND POLICY : Refunds will only be considered for new items in their original packaging and customer will be responsible for any shipping costs back to Kelleyville Horse Supply. ALL CONSIGNMENT AKA USED ITEMS SALES ARE FINAL. 

SHIPPING POLICY: Items will be shipped via USPS/UPS/FED EX and any oversized packages will incur extra shipping charges. Items will be shipped from our store's location, with the exception of out of stock items eligible for drop ship from their supplier. Customer will be responsible for drop-ship charges. Domestic shipping only.
